Community-wide 30-day 5-2-1-0 challenge!
Challenge your organization, family, co-workers, and friends to get healthy together! February is National Heart Month, and Live Longer Lebanon is celebrating by encouraging the Lebanon community to participate in a health improvement challenge called 5-2-1-0!
Here is how it works. From February 1 through March 2, we will be providing 5-2-1-0 tracking tools and encouragement through our FaceBook page. 5 or more servings of fruits and veggies, 2 hours or less of leisure screen time, 1 hour or more of physical activity, and ZERO sugary drinks. You can track a different habit each week, one habit all month, or track all four for the entire 30 days! It's up to you!
