Through discussion, application exercises, and case studies, participants will understand how to best employ social media best practices to better position their business in target markets. Phil is an experienced product and project management professional with cross product platforms, new channel development, revenue generation, and upsell/cross-sell with a strong customer focus cross product platforms. He is proficient in consumer web and mobile portals, internet video, content management and syndication. Industry experiences include entertainment, media, Internet service, retail, financial and energy trading. PMI, Six Sigma, ITIL and ScrumMaster certified.
