Please join Build Lebanon Trails at 8:00am on Monday December 10, 2018 at Cheadle Lake Park, north shore entrance off of River Drive, to watch the installation of Lebanon’s newest beautiful pedestrian bridge. Installation of this pedestrian bridge is the result of the generous donation of funds, time and materials by Dr. Thad and Joanne Nelson, the Rick Franklin Corporation and Forslund Crane Services. This bridge which is being gifted to the community of Lebanon will be part of the multi-use fully accessible trail segment between the North Shore Trail at Cheadle Lake and Riverview Park which is next to the Santiam River behind the Mountain View Estates sub-division. Build Lebanon Trails will have a viewing area set up for those interested in joining us to watch the process and celebrate the installation of this new bridge. Forslund Crane Services’ equipment will arrive at 8:00am. The bridge which is being trucked from storage at the Rick Franklin Corporation yard, will be arriving at 8:30am. Installation will start at approximately 9:00am. A formal dedication ceremony for the pedestrian bridge will take place in the spring. We look forward to seeing you at this wonderful event. Happy Trails!
