Cylvia Hayes, First Lady of Oregon, is working to make our state a better place to live by focusing on an issue with which she has had personal experience: overcoming the systemic challenges of poverty.
Community Outreach, Inc. is delighted to welcome her to Corvallis to speak about the Oregon Prosperity Intitative and how organizations like Community Outreach, Inc. provide vital services to Oregonians in need.
