Collaborative Problem Solving for Professionals (Educators, Childcare workers, Healthcare Workers
Collaborative Problem Solving for professionals and parents! Linn County Mental Health and One II Another are hosting a Collaborative Problem Solving session for educators, childcare workers, and others who work with any children, but especially these children with behavior challenges. CPS is an evidence-based, strengths-based approach to managing difficult behaviors in children and adolescents, such as acting out at home and school, becoming easily frustrated, hurting themselves or others. Challenging behaviors often result in children missing school - and their parents missing work. These children grow up to be adults and bring their challenges along with them if they don't get help, so this class is helpful for improving communication at all ages.
