Hey there, cruisers!
Can you feel the excitement in the air? Our 5th Annual Icebox Cut the Gut Cruise is only three weeks away! We can't wait to see all of you, along with your amazing rides, back for another epic event.
We've got an incredible lineup of checkpoints planned with fun activities on Friday, July 7th from 6pm-9pm.
Friday Jul 7, 2023
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM PDT
Quick heads up, some shirt sizes are in limited supply, so it's best to order ahead of time. We want to make sure you rock your gear with style, and we can't guarantee availability on the event day.
For your convenience, we've arranged two pickup locations for online purchases. Swing by the Sweet Home Chamber office at 1575 Main Street on Friday, July 7th, between 9am and 4pm to collect your goodies. Alternatively, you can head straight to the "pre-registered" table in the check-in area at the Sweet Home High School parking lot at 1576 Long Street. They'll be ready for pickups starting at 5:30pm.
Speaking of check-in, make sure you head over to the Sweet Home High School parking lot at 1576 Long Street. From there, the cruising adventure begins! We don't have a specific route mapped out for you, but fear not, we've got you covered with a QR code in your passports. It'll lead you to a custom Google Map for easy navigation. Collect stamps at each stop and have an absolute blast exploring the fantastic businesses that Sweet Home offers. And hey, while you're flipping through your passport, remember to check out the QR code towards the back. It's your chance to vote for your favorite checkpoint.
Oh, and here's an extra treat for you! Fill out the raffle insert in your passport, and remember to bring it back to the Sweet Home Chamber of Commerce by 9pm. Why? It's your golden ticket to potentially win some incredible prizes donated by this year's fantastic checkpoint businesses. We owe a huge shout-out to our SPONSORS: Icebox Performance, Anderson Enterprises, East Linn Roofing, Mid-Valley Auto Glass, and Larson Family Foundation. Show them some love when you come across their businesses during the event.
Now, let's talk about the importance of being responsible cruisers. Road rules will be enforced, folks! We want you to look out for one another and keep in mind the regular traffic. Remember, side-by-sides are not allowed on HWY 20, but don't worry, you can still cross the highway safely. And hey, let's take a moment to appreciate the Sweet Home Police Department—they're pretty cool, aren't they? Let's show them just how cool our cruisers can be too!
Get ready for an unforgettable time at the 5th Annual Icebox Cut the Gut Cruise. We can't wait to share this adventure with all of you!
