Developing an Employee Handbook
Has it been years since your employee handbook was reviewed? Do you even have an employee handbook? Are your employees and supervisors up to date on company policies? With recent changes in employment law, it is important that employers ensure their policies are updated.
A well written employee handbook has many benefits to both employers and employees. It will answer common employer questions, ensure all employees are treated consistently, save supervisor time, and provided legal protection if an employment relationship goes sour.
This session will focus on employee handbooks and company policies, and will provide tips and hints to help you revise your existing handbook or develop a new one.
