Did you know that all harassment is a form of bullying, but not all bullying is harassment? Good leaders loathe the toxicity harassment and bullying bring to the workplace – and they do something about it!
This month, be prepared for lively discussion about what harassment is and is not, and the fine line that’s drawn between it and bullying. Bring your own stories and situations to consider (no names or identifying information, please!) and learn how to define and prevent harassment and its consequences, and what to do if it lurks in your workplace.
