Scott Ingalls is owner of Ingalls & Associates. He is also the president of the Northwest Civil War Council which is made up of over 1,100 active members in Oregon.  The NWCW is a nationally recognized living history organization that offers 4 public reenactments and living history camps each year. Members are volunteers and purchase their uniforms, guns, canons and such themselves.  Scott will share how the battle at Gettysburg actually started in 1848, along with interesting trivia about the Civil War and the hobby of reenacting.
