There is no Family Caregiver Support Group facilitated by Erin Mitchell, a Licensed Professional Counselor, on June 17th.  
 

The Grace Center Family Caregiver Support Group resumes on Tuesday, June 24th, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
It is open to all family caregivers, whether they are using Grace Center’s services or not. 

Note: Respite Care is available from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the support group. Services are FREE for the duration of the support group. If the individual is not an enrolled participant, we ask that you provide advanced notice so that we can discuss their care needs. Grace Center reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, for non-enrolled participants, if a person is an appropriate fit for our respite program.

Call the Grace Center office at 541-754-8417 to arrange respite services during the support group (which must be done in advance). 

The Caregiver support group receives partial sponsorship from the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments.
