Rickard Engineering is one Block East of Pacific Blvd on Queen Street.  The cross street is Calapooia St..  You will want to access from Pacific Blvd and not Queen St since they are near that infamous railroad crossing.  Turn right on Calapooia St and park in their back parking lot (you will see the chain link fence open for you.
