Linn-Benton Employers Council is hosting a low-cost BOLI Training on the new mandatory paid sick leave that goes into effect Jan 1st for all employees. BOLI?s rules on statewide sick will not be final until later this year. What do employers need to know to incorporate the Oregon Sick Leave into existing time off policies? When do employees qualify for leave? How much is paid?
