Oregon's New Sick Leave Law - What You Need to Know

Linn-Benton Employers Council is hosting a low-cost BOLI Training on the new mandatory paid sick leave that goes into effect Jan 1st for all employees. BOLI?s rules on statewide sick will not be final until later this year. Our sick leave subject matter expert will provide an introduction and overview of Oregon Sick Leave effective January 1, 2016: How does the new law affect all employers statewide? What do employers need to know to incorporate the Oregon Sick Leave into existing time off policies? When do employees qualify for leave? How much is paid?
