An OSU Extension citizen science project to collect and report rainfall and seasonal plant changes (example: bud break). Time commitment less than 5 min. a day for precipitation, and approx. 15 min. week for plant observations. Participants take an on-line training at home (approximately 2 hrs) and then attend one local in-person session for skills building, Q&A, and pick up the rain gauge
