Samaritan Health Services is launching a one-of-a-kind fitness and rehabilitation facility with a 5k run/walk fundraiser that will benefit local vetereans. 
Events through the day including a health fair 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Race: Begins at 1:30 p.m.
Location: 35 Mullins Drive, Lebanon
Cost: $25 before Oct. 17, $35 after
Registration cutoff: Online registration will close Nov. 3. Day-of registration will still be available
