Our 2nd Educational Seminar Series for Lebanon
Chamber Members presented by LBCC’s Karin Magnuson is
May 30th, 5:30 –7pm. at the LBCC Lebanon Annex, 44 Industrial Way, Lebanon.
Business work teams are made up of individuals who work toward shared goals. Some work teams are formed for a specific purpose and are only together for a short time. Others are together for long periods of time. Whether short or long term, some useful strategies can be employed to help ensure work team success. Building an engaged, motivated work team is worth the effort. During this workshop we will identify things successful teams have in common and explore
success factors such as commitment, trust, clarity of purpose, communication and how to consistently achieve results.
