The Lebanon Community Chorus is accepting new singers for their upcoming performance season. Rehearsals are held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1955 South 5th Street, Lebanon, OR 97355, from 7PM to 9PM. Registration can be done in person at the first 3 rehearsals, or online at LebanonCommunityChorus.org. Rehearsals begin on Sept. 12th, and occur every Thursday barring holidays. Feel free to observe rehearsal first to get to know our group better before registering! We welcome our new director Terence Madlangbayan, and are excited to perform Vivaldi?s Gloria as part of our winter concert, entitled "Reflections of Life", which will be held November 24th. We are happy to have Bill Langdon as our piano accompanist and eager to announce the growth of our small ensemble. Previously, it has been led by a community volunteer, but we now have a trained music director to lead the small ensemble. The Lebanon Community Chorus is a collection of nearly 50 talented singers from Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, Albany, and surrounding areas. This non-auditioned chorus is open to all voices, 16 years and older.
