Everyone has responsibility for contributing to the success of the organizations they work for. At least that’s true when we promote a culture of accountability. Accountability is all about achieving personal effectiveness in service to a goal. For personal and professional accountability to really work, three things are required – responsibility, empowerment and clear agreements. During this workshop we will explore the elements that must be in place to create a culture of accountability including making and managing agreements, taking action to get the results we’ve committed to, overcoming barriers using problem solving skills and following through.
