The Giant Sequoia contributes at least 80% more to the forest than it takes, supporting the life of thousands of species. Like the Sequoia, all employees have the potential to grow and contribute. Mentoring and coaching are effective ways to develop talents and skills and boost performance. You can serve as the sequoia in your organization by supporting the growth of others through mentoring and coaching. This workshop will explore key components of the mentoring and coaching relationship and how to ask for mentoring or to mentor and coach others.
