Tomato Fest & Salsa Contest including classes water canning, pressure cooking, drying and freezing produce
Free and open to the public, come and learn how to preserve your produce while tasting heirloom tomatoes and enjoying the Salsa Contest. A class on garlic, shallots and onions will be held as well.
Classes will be given in the morning and repeated in the afternoon - free. All information will be sent digitally to attendees.
