Outside Sales Representative - PEAK Internet
Working independently and collaboratively with others, the Outside Sales Representative (OSR) plays an integral role in executing PEAK’S mission, vision, and commitment to providing state of the art broadband connectivity and solutions to our residential and enterprise customers along with exceptional service to our internal and external customers. All employees are also expected to maintain a high level of trust, integrity, and ethical standards.

The OSR is responsible for growing PEAK Internet revenues by acquiring new customers and selling new products to our customers. Through door-to-door canvassing and other outreach methods, the OSR meets with potential customers (both residential and commercial) to educate them on the features and benefits of PEAK Internet’s broadband, voice, video, and advanced products. They will determine the appropriate solution to fit the needs of the customer through a consultative sales approach. Customer contacts for residential homes or businesses are made through assigned territories, appointments, open houses, local events, customer referrals, door to door canvassing, sales leads, and other methods.
